Delivered to hotel with 3 weeks hire. Brilliant reception all over Japan. Would highly recommend the service with easy drop of service at Narita airport

Easy to book, use and return.
My two sons was playing game online at the same time While i was watching youtube, without any problems.
We will use Japan Wireless again

Used this as our primary way to access the internet. Had 4 people connect to this device and there were no issues whatsoever. Used in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Highly recommend this service. My sister rented a SIM card and ran into issues. Other family members were given a pocket wifi by their AIRBNB and also ran into connection/speed issues. I saw none of these problems while using the device from japan-wireless.

Have been using Japan-wireless every time I visit Japan. Great service, and the device usually arrive a day earlier from your pick up day. Drop off is super easy, just put it in the return envelope and drop off to the hotel reception and they can mail it back for you. Mine device usually linked with 3 devices and the internet is fast and secure.

this was great, we had a problem with our device not charging and after calling the company they got a new one sent out to us within a couple of hours. cannot recommend them enough!

When the typhoon hit the country, we were stranded in Japan for about four extra days. Japan wireless came through and extended our coverage at a great convenience for no extra cost to us. Would definitely use them again next time I am in Japan.
