Great gadget. Worked everywhere. Underground as well. Would definitely use again.

Used this all day, everyday for maps and translation app on phone, excellent piece of kit, it was really easy to set up and battery lasted all day. I can’t rate highly enough as this really helped travel and communicate when on holiday. I will be back and will order again. Arigatou gozaimasu.

Used it during the Rugby world cup it worked every cities we went. Up to 5 people connected to it. Bring a power with you to keep it alive during the long days.

For every recommendation! They delivered the router to the hotel before arriving, as we requested. It's easy to use and speed is perfect. Detailed instructions for returning to the airport in the mailbox.

That was our first encounter with Japanese service. From picking the envelope in the airport to dropping it back at the post office. It worked as promised. Never had a problem. The unit is small enough to carry in your pocket. Even in remote places we had a good connection. The power bank was very useful. Just remember to charge it. Highly recommend.

I recently used the pocket wifi for my trip in Japan. I really liked the quality of the service, the velocity of the internet was enough to get around the cities, social network, etc. I appreciated that I could pick it up directly at the post office at the airport and just dropped it at any post box. I would totally use it again.
