Excellent work capacity, easy return

First class service as 1st device was not working and was replaced without question immediately. Overall very good value and would highly recommend.

was very disappointed with the 1st wifi unit that they sent me coz it kept on disconnecting. emailed their customer service and they had a new replacement unit delivered to my hotel just a few hours after. the replacement unit worked great til i returned it. GREAT customer service

We ordered it on the internet from our home in France and picked it up at the post office. We had great bandwidth for our telephones and iPads wherever we went went. The battery lasted all day and sometimes even two. Dropped it at the airport mailbox in a prepaid envelope. Very easy.

Good speed, no breakdown, promise of delivery service held, very simple return, I will reuse this service for my next trip.

I recommend this product for anyone going into Japan. The product was delivered directly to our hotel and we just drop off at the airport. It takes only 5 minutes.
The product work greats during all the travel even in an intense usage. All was given by Japan Wireless included Power Charge, Wires, etc.
Last but not least the product worked at high speed with all ou devices (laptop, smartphone, tablet) without any problems. Thank you Japan Wireless !
