has worked. no problems.

Used the eSim data unlimited for 9 days across Japan. Excellent coverage and speed!

My family while travelling in Japan kept in constant contact with family and friends back home with the help of the Japan Wireless pocket WIFI. The reservation, pick up and drop off was super easy. We would use this service again on our next trip back.

very convenient, easy to use. highly recommended .will order again next time soon.thanks

Fantastic service, the unit worked great in both Tokyo and Kyoto. Would definitely recommend.

Always have confidence in their services over the years we visit Japan. He began his successful business after returning back to Japan from the United States. ARIGATO.

I’ve been a regular customer of this company for years, and their pocket Wi‑Fi has never let me down. The device is consistently fast, reliable, and easy to use. What truly sets this company apart is their service. Everything is smooth from start to finish: ordering, pickup, return, and customer support. I’ve never had a single issue, and that level of consistency is rare these days.

If you’re looking for dependable pocket Wi‑Fi in Japan, I highly recommend them. Their quality and reliability keep me coming back every time. And I have to say — I love their coupon!

Fantastic service, so easy to set up.

This is the second time I'm using Japan Wireless Pocket wifi and it worked really well this time too.

The battery life was quite poor from time to time and JW replaced the device really fast.

Will definitely use them again!

Worked as expected
