Im for Philippines and 1st timer going to Japan, it a great experience using the pocket wifi with power bank the pocket wifi actually lasted whole day for 3 users from 6am till 9pm without charging, the signal is excellent. The retrieval and surrending the unit is very convinient the customer service is awesome 5 star for me and will get this again when I go back to Japan and its 101% recommended cheers

Purchased Japan Wireless esim for a vacation trip. Used it mostly in Tokyo-Osaka-Kyoto area. Setup was pretty straightforward, no issues. Service was great, connection speed excellent (used in LTE phone). No complaints. Overall experience is great!
