Simple, intuitive, and long lasting. My WiFi device was much easier to use than I expected and never let me down my whole trip long.

We ordered our pocket wifi for three weeks of travel in Japan for Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with day trips out to places like Mt Fuji, Yokohama and Himeji castle. The wifi worked really well, with a battery life of around ten hours and it came with its own portable charger, speed was really fast and could connect to our group of four people easily, pictures/video uploads and watching streaming services at the same time were no issue. No issues with the pickup/dropoff process, it was straightforward. We picked ours up from the JAL ABC in terminal 1 and was easy to drop off at the Postbox once we came back by train to Narita terminal 2/3. Would book again!

Fast and reliable internet throughout our stay. My wife used esim and sometimes she still prefers to connect to the pocketwifi as it was faster and more reliable

Was super easy to use and reliable. It did have its moments where it lost signal but it didn't last more than 5 minutes. Super light and compact, and stayed alive for the whole day and even if it does die it came with a portable charger.
