I used this device for 10 days , my all family (5) got internet the all time, Great for familys! I will Rent it again!

The Wifi signals were great, and entire device was right in size to put into a backpack or a cloth pocket! The only thing that was not good was that the device battery which could only last 3-4 hours, and when the battery died the signal was lost and the device had to be charged up (luckily a backup battery was included in the package) before the device could be turned on again to give signals. Good experience using it for my entire trip in several cities in Japan.

Every time we travel to Japan, we use Japan Wireless pocket WiFi and have always had great experiences. The device usually has excellent coverage, and with the additional battery pack, it lasts the whole day which makes it very convenient.

However, during our most recent trip, the unit we received wasn’t as reliable—the battery didn’t even last half a day and needed constant charging. We requested an exchange, and Japan Wireless quickly accommodated our request. Their customer service was excellent, and communication with them was smooth and reassuring.

Overall, while the unit we initially received wasn’t ideal, their commendable customer service made the experience positive, and we’ll continue to trust Japan Wireless for our future travels.

The product was more than satisfactory. The battery always lasted for the entire day. We had no issues with the product throughout our 15-day rental period.
