Though I had to carry the WiFi and charger all the time I was there, it did its work and did it well. Returning was also easy, it will be even better if there is a booth at airport.

This wifi box literally saved my brother and I’s life. Without it we would of been cavemen in japan since our wireless carriers did not operate in Japan. Thanks to this box, I was able to search for soaplands and izakayas without missing a beat. Thank you Japan wireless!

Website order was easy to fill in.

Easy to use and so handy, I use this service every time I go to Japan, as it beats trying to find a source for the internet. I'd recommend it highly to anyone.

It is such a good idea to pick up one of these devices from Japan Wireless for your trip. The price is right, and they make it fantastically easy to pick up and return.

very easy to order and to receive at airport, return also very simple. very good service! Batteries were good enough for whole day.

Japan wireless were fantastic, I’d highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

All good. At accomodation when arrived. Lasted the full day.

We hiked in Japan the Kumano Kodo and the wifi was fantastic. We nicknamed it the argument saver! It was so useful on our hike and stay in Japan for bus and train timetables. We had a snow storm that caused our travel plans to change and it was just invaluable! Thank you!!

Reserving the product is quick and easy. The price is very competitive I will have it delivered to my hotel. I will see how the service works
