Everything is convenient. Will order again for my next Japan trip. Highly recommended for all tourist.

Clear and informative.

Easy pick up and use, I was connected most of the time and battery and powerbank was more than enough to last me each day. Used in solo travel in Hokkaido last February 2023.

Stable connection throughout Japan , even in Yamagata area

Fast and reliable connection! Would recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Japan!!

Service was excellent! Perfect for families and large groups travelling to Japan.

Worked soooooo well!

Very good wifi while I was in Tokyo and Gunma.

Service I received was A+. Never had a problem with the device and connectivity. Ordered online 5am and received at my hotel by 3pm that same day. Will highly recommend to anyone. Price was good and also received a spare battery ehich was handy and easy to follow instructions to connect to my phone.
