Fantastic device and service

The wifi worked great. The internet speed was very good. No issues. It is so great to have internet/wifi when traveling in a foreign country for multiple reasons. The battery lasted all day. Highly recommended.

We traveled throughout mainland Japan and Okinawa and these pocket Wi-Fi kept us connected while traveling the countryside and rural areas. Great customer service and excellent pricing. The power bank included was a huge bonus. If you’re going to Japan, order these!!

We were pleased with the router. It was easy to use & helped us navigate through Tokyo. We were pleased to have the router delivered & waiting for us at the hotel & drop off in the postal box was very easy. We have recommended your product to our family & friends. Mahalo from Hawaii🤙🌸🌴

Easy pick up and drop off, affordable, worked great during our two week trip!

The use is very easy.
The device connected me and other users reliably.
Performance was sufficient for travel and business meetings in Japan.
Well suited for traveling and meeting in Japan.

Great connection and speedy internet everywhere. Definitely recommend!

Easy to book. Delivered on time and clear return instructions. System worked well during travels.

Was extremely easy to order prior to our trip from the US and pick up at Haneda upon arrival. Worked great and gave us great peace of mind that we had access to data wherever we needed it (Google Maps was used a LOT) and also that family members could keep track of us using Life360 and Find my Friends as per usual. Return was simple and easy with clear instructions.

Getting equipment and setting up went perfect. Arrived early at my hotel. Just had an issue on last day and couldn’t get wifi to work for my last few hours in Japan. Got refunded and I appreciate the responsiveness. Also felt the pricing was the best I could find.
