Great service that the wireless device was at my hotel upon arrival in Japan - gave us peace of mind. The device was easy to use and dependable. It was simple to return at the airport. Overall very happy with the service

Loved that the service delivers directly to the hotel. Note is to make sure anyone orders it early enough as same day is not always possible which could be tricky when moving cities/hotels. Pocket Wifi worked great and was nice to have the battery backup.

The process for receiving and returning the device package is excellent and easy from the airport. Package contents were great including all cables, a portable battery, and a carrying case. The only negative is momentary slow or lost connection on Shinkansen in certain remote areas.

It was so easy to order. Wi-Fi worked great and had no problems. Pick up and drop off was easy.

We used the premium wifi for 2 weeks and we were very satisfied ! The wifi worked great and we had no problems getting on the internet during our travel tru Japan.
I would recommend 👌

Been using Japan Wireless for around 8 years now I think and I must say I probably wont use other services again. They never failed me once.

Easy pick, Easy Return & worked well even though we had coverage with our T-Mobile Plan

The wireless hot spot was waiting for me at my hotel. It worked flawlessly. The whole family was able to have internet everywhere we went. Very easy process. Excellent service and product. I will definitely use it again when I’m Japan!!!!

This was the best item to have out in Japan to ensure you have a stable connection wherever you are. This was a life saver with Google Maps. Thank you!!!

This service was seamless. It was delivered to the hotel and worked without any problems for our 10 days in Japan. Long battery life and never had to use the backup battery that was included. Just charged overnight and good to go for long days. Easy mail back for return.
Highly recommend!
