During our 3 week trip we had complete coverage. Highly recommend Japan Wireless.

I ordered the premium wifi from Japan Wireless for three weeks and loved it. Had no issues with connection, easy to understand instructions and smooth process with pickup and drop off. Highly recommend to everyone traveling to Japan!

Japan Wireless service was very good. I ordered 2 units and both were delivered as promised to the first hotel we stayed at in Chitose.
Slight connection issues at times, but nothing serious.
Routers did get hot when kept in my fanny pack, so be aware. This is the reason for my 4 star rating.
This is my third time using Japan Wireless and I’ll probably use them again on my next trip.

Worked great in Northern Japan. Pick-up / return was totally hassle-free. We will definitely use it again.

Collected from Haneda Airport, and switched it on and connected straight away. Never switched it off for the whole trip, and never lost connection. Perfect!

Everything worked very well. We found the device delivered at our hotel and very clear instructions on what to do to return. Wifi was fast and great. I would definitely recommend and use again!

I can't believe how absolutely wonderful this company was to work with during my trip. Any time I had a question, they responded very quickly. They valued my time like no other company ever has. The pocket wifi was amazing as well. It worked flawlessly!! I will always recommend this company to anyone visiting Japan. I wish they were here in the US!!!! The pocket wifi was perfect for my recent trip to Japan. The external battery pack helped keep the wifi on at all times and when needed.
