very reliable item!

We used Japan Wireless for 12 days and not a single issue. Easy pickup and drop off at NRT Airport. Great value for internet for my family. Will definitely use again on our next trip to Japan!

Delivered next day to hotel . Worked perfectly everywhere in japan .

We used it for 2 weeks in Japan - Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara. Everywhere it was working perfectly. The internet was fast and reliable. Included powerbank also helped to keep the battery full.

Was extremely useful, wifi was fast, coverage was extensive and battery life was very good.

Had an excellent experience! No issues, super easy to set up, and super easy to return. Just make sure to double check which post office you order the wifi to get delivered to -- I didn't read my email properly and went to the wrong post office in the airport. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Super reasonable price for reliable high speed wifi while we were traveling in Japan. The carrying pouch, extra battery and cable were super nice for peace of mind, and the unit itself had a battery that lasted all day. Always having wifi made everything sooo much easier.
