My family of 4 shared the Japan Wireless pocket wifi for a whole month in Japan and the reception, speed and battery life were excellent. We never had to use the battery bank which was provided for free, the pocket wifi lasted over 10 hours each day.

Our pocket wifi experience was faultless. We had excellent connectivity throughout our journey. Highly recommended.

This is my second time to use Japan Wireless with Wifi Egg. This time the portable wifi egg has been upgraded and I travelled from tokyo, osaka, hiroshima and fujuoka with this device and the signal was always excellent. With this device, our travel party didn't need to join the hotels or public wifi at all which is a much better security in my opinion. The return method with the Japan post was excellent, and super easy to do. Ichiban :)

The wireless unit and the charger worked very well. We will definitely use it the next time we travel to Japan .
