We were very pleased with the Japan Wireless device we used during our three weeks in Japan. Simple setup, and very reliable wifi. Easy airport pickup and mail-in return.

Great wifi worked perfectly, highly recommend.

Easy and convenient to use in Japan

My device stopped working for the last few days of our trip but they sent me a new device same day and refunded me for the time it stopped working. I will be using them again

Worked really well although we had a day where it wouldn’t connect to the network for a while but it eventually came back

Had no problems with my wireless connections!! Thank you for the reliable service!!!

High speed, good service. Value for money.

My trip was for 8 days around Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hakone and never once did I have any trouble with this device. Going to definitely use this company again for my next trip.

Very easy and convenient to use. Was great for the while family

I appreciate the convenience of pickup and drop off.
