Very convenient. 👌 Can be delivered to your hotel or you can pick up from the airport. All instructions were clear and process was very efficient. Will definitively get this again when we’re back in Japan.

Too good. Wi-Fi worked well in all the places

Worked exactly as advertised, we had no issues with it whatsoever on our 2 week trip to Japan.

The service was amazing... We love it

I stayed in Japan for 17 days. This service was reliable, convenient, and has great value. Used as recreational and for business purposes. Will reserve again on my next trip. Thank you

Picked up the device when I landed in Narita airport super easy and quick.
Had it on from day one and dropped it at the mailbox on the way to the airport in my last day. Except for a very few spots very fast and reliable and the battery and extra are gonna last you the whole day . Light weight and very compact that can fit anywhere
Def highly recommend and much faster and more convenient than eSIM

It's nice to always have wifi available and the device is roughly the size of the average mans wallet. My only complaints are the battery life could have been longer (although an extra battery pack was provided so this wasn't a big issue) and it would sometimes randomly lose connection, happened 3 or 4 times a day on average but only for a few minutes while it reconnected.

The device worked easily and installing it was a breeze. Signal was excellent . ! It came out very effective for me and i was worry free to know i was always connected !thanks Japan Wireless !

It was easy to use, convenient, and reliable! Thank you.

You must have when you’re in Japan!
