Was able to use the data well, and delivery was also quick even though we were located in the somewhat countryside! Japan wireless is my go to brand whenever i need a sim/wifi

So grateful for this tool that made our travelling in Japan uncomplicated. Wherever in Japan - still online for reasonable price.

The premium WIFI worked great. No issues at all. Accessed with 2 phones. Major cost saving vs using roaming with my cell plan.

Did not really use the translator we ordered. Mostly we stayed in the major tourist areas.

Worked extremely well, battery lasted all day, and was small/easy to transport. Will definitely be using this service again next time I visit!

Good reception, nice product

The mobile Wifi device provided good coverage 95% of the time, even when we were in some pretty remote areas in Japan. The device battery lasted a full day after each charge, never had to use the spare battery.

The drop off at my hotel was super convenient and return envelope made it so simple to hand it over when I left Japan. I'll use this always in the future, instead of relying on my cell phone coverage $100 for a month, which sometimes doesn't work.

Sim was easy to install, set up and use for my android phone and worked flawlessly the whole time I was in Japan. Would certainly buy again.

Used this wifi service throughout Japan, in Kyoto- Hokkaido- Biei-Tokyo-Fuji but didnt face any issue! Battery is good, pick up and drop off is also easy
