The wifi router worked very well, and fitted simply in my backpack so I could have coverage whenever I was out and about in town or country. I just had to remember to recharge it in the evening or overnight depending on how busy I had been.
I found the power pack was a bit underpowered - only giving me an extra hour or two. But overall I was really pleased with the package.

Overall great product, have no complaints. Customer service is good. Will reorder on my next trip.

This was absolutely a godsend while navigating Tokyo and keeping in touch with home can’t recommend enough easy to use and portable enough to fit in my small handbag

Fantastic product and great performance

Everything worked as expected. Pickup and return was very easy. I traveled 2 weeks trough Japan and had always reception. I can highly recommend Jpana Wireless and would book it again.

I literally can't fault this portable Wifi service. The only thing that was a slight challenge was finding the desk, but after that point it was nothing but easy. It worked flawlessly for 2 weeks - with quick Wifi in every single location we visited. The battery life lasted all day and there was more than enough data allowance to do everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

Japan Premium WiFi was a blessing. It was fast, smooth, and seamless. Easy to activate and return. It made my Japan Trip worthwhile. Allowed me to be connected with people, navigate maps and allowed me to work on the go !
