First hotspot didn't hold charge. But they sent a replacement by next morning and gave me credit for one day. It worked great

I have rented a pocket wifi from Japan wireless 3 times in the last 5 years covering Southern Japan, Hokkaido, and Central Japan (Osaka/Kyoto through Nagano and Tokyo. Device worked great in all regions. Very easy to set up, use, and return. Battery life was good.

The product that I used was excellent and very easy to set up

Worked great the data roaming wouldn’t enable so I had to reset the network a few times but other than that it was great. speed was fantastic everywhere I went though.
