Very useful and convinient

Produit très fiable. Aucune intervention à réaliser. appareils connectés durant tout le séjour. Autonomie suffisante pour toute une journée. Batterie de secours utilisée une seule fois et fonctionne très bien. Rechargée chaque soir pour une journée d'autonomie à 4 dessus.
Pas de perte de connexion malgré tous les déplacements y compris en sous terrain.

I rented 2 pocket wi-fi and pre-paid for it. I requested it to be delivered to my hotel and it was there when I arrived. I also received a email when it was delivered to the hotel. There was also an option to pick up from Airport. It came with a charger, battery pack, and a pre-paid envelope for return. I dropped it off at the airport post office at the end of our trip. The battery lasted pretty much the entire day. We used it a lot (constantly using google maps to travel around Japan, streaming on-line when back at the hotel since hotel wi-fi was slow, face timing with family back home, sending iMessages, etc). Service was good, reliable, and not slow at all. I was in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Osaka. It worked fine the entire time. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. The price was very reasonable, service was good/reliable, and receiving/returning was easy.

Everything went smoothly. Easy ordering process and our unit had been delivered when we arrived at our hotel. Very easy to set up. Towards the end of our journey we had a problem with very slow connection. I sent an email and got a reply very quickly. Since a reboot of the unit didn’t resolve the problem, a new unit was sent to our hotel.
High marks for the whole experience.

It was easy to install and use, while coverage was great

Data is expensive this for most phone companies, the wireless WiFi I received was incredible. I had full bars everywhere I went in Japan, and they gave me a back up charger to keep the battery charged. Amazing thing is the battery never died. So I was able to charge people phones whenever someone’s died. I will continue to use this company when I travel back next year. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I had a 3 week holiday in Japan with my wife and her parents. The device was sent to our hotel, which was very convenient for us.
The pocket Wi-Fi device we ordered from Japan wireless performed better than expected due to part of our trip included a 9 day cruise around Japan even though we were told it would not work on the ship when we got a couple of Kilometers offshore it started intermittently working then worked well when we docked. Almost everywhere on land it worked well. We felt it was well priced for the use we got out of it. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless for a mobile Wi-Fi plan.

Japan wireless portable Wi-Fi is a top notch. I rented in the Haneda airport. The stuff is friendly and helpful. During my traveling me and my family are always connected with the internet.
