We found the Japan Wireless service great while travelling in Japan. Excellent for keeping in touch and navigating the various places we visited. Liked the flexibility of being able to purchase number of days and / or number of GB data. Thanks.

We were using that device for 14 days, more or less. And it has got enough Gb/day even watching some movies at night.
Sometimes we had to power on again, cos if you were not using it, it powers off itself.
And with the extra baterie you will have enough for more than 16 hours...
I´ll recommended it to everybody.

Japan wireless pocket WiFi was a perfect option for us. We’re from the US, so our phone wasn’t going to work in Japan. The pocket WiFi was a great, cost effective option to have internet access while traveling. And when we ran into minor tech issues, Japan Wireless customer service was very helpful and prompt. Highly recommend!
