I ordered a unit and it totally worked for the whole trip. It was sent to my hotel and just had to drop it before flying out.

During my 13 days travel through different citys the pocket wifi worked perfect the whole time. the pick up and retour also worked without problems.

I ordered the pocket WiFi online and pick it up when I got to the airport. It worked great the whole time we were there. Returning was easy just drop in the mailbox at the airport when we were leaving.

This eSim was so easy to set up and the wifi is really great and fast. I would recommend it if ever you guys are looking for easy, quick set up, cheap and reliable fast internet.

Great service, easy to use

This worked just as we hoped it would. Easy pickup at Haneda airport. Gave our family of 5 wifi every time we were off the ship. Didn't have to worry about signing up for an international plan. No problems at all with connections. Easy return also.
We are very happy we chose Japan Wireless.

Great service. Did not experience slow downs. Pick up at airport was straight forward and Mail Drop off was convenient.
