Excellent service. Nothing to worry about.

Easy to order online at reasonable price, and easy to activate once arriving in NRT. 3rd time returning customer very satisfied.

The pocket wi-fi worked great! They were there when we went to check-in at our hotel and so easy to return when we were done.

I ordered it to my hotel. It arrived next day. And we just dropped it off at the airport.

Great service! Pocket wifi worked well even on the train. Loved how it came with an additional charger, portable charger, and extra service. Highly recommend renting with them!

Easy from start to finish

This product was very good.

We had wireless through the entire country of Japan through the numerous cities we traveled too, easy to set up and worked like a dream. Easy return. The convenience of having delivered to hotel was priceless and appreciated

For the most part, it worked great! The unlimited data plan made it so I didn't have to worry as much especially when I was traveling to new places during my trip! I definitely will consider using this again!
