Very easy schedule pick up and drop off. We always get one for every trip to Japan. Small and compact with long battery life. We are a family of 4 and everyone had no issues with connectivity. Highly recommended.

Rented the pocket wifi for 2 weeks on our trip to Japan. Really good wifi connection. It also came with a battery pack to recharge the device on the go, but it was hardly needed since the battery lasted the entire day. We typically go out 8/9AM and back to the hotel at 10/11PM, and still has ~20-25% charge left. Never had any issues at all. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from pick-up to return. Had no disruption of the data plan during usage, neither in Kanto nor Kansai regions, very reliable.

Have always rented pocket wifi with Japan Wireless. Pick up and drop off is very convenient. My only comment this time is that whenever I would connect to the internet, I need to take out the pocket wifi from my bag in order for me to get signal. Other than that, all is good.

Amazing service and product. Used it for the second time in Japan

We recently had a excellent experience with Japan Wireless. The pocket WiFi was delivered to our hotel and was available upon our check-in. The set up process was extremely easy and took less than 5 minutes. The WIFI and charger worked flawlessly during our visit to Japan. I will use Japan Wireless on our next trip. Ichiban !
