Excellent product and service. Delivered to my hotel. Easy to set up and to post back at the airport. No issues while using it.

Excellent device, easy to use; it has always worked well; excellent accessories (backup battery, charger). Easy to return (they provide a stamped envelope to put in the mailbox). Recommended!

Pick up and Dropping it off is so convinient. Also, pocket wifi last a day without charging.

Wi-fi was very effective for our trip to Japan. I would highly recommend using them for anyone who needs WiFi in Japan.

Very good, working almost everywhere.

It was easy to order and I got my eSIM working before I even collected my baggage at the airport. Good coverage and internet speed. Perfect for using Google Maps and translate to navigate

Servizio impeccabile! Connessione fantastica! Super consigliato

Excellent service. Was never without wifi in Tokyo, Hiroshima and Okinawa.

Great experience. It was delivered at our hotel and it was already there when we arrived. Great connection and excellent coverage.

Easy to use worth it
