Absolutely Great, no problems
We were very happy to have this great communication in Japan.
Thank you.

Great connection everywhere we went!

Very good and easy to carry

Our choice for Internet in Japan since many years. Reliable & easy to book & use.

Easy to connect (iOS) worked immediately. And good value for money. Get this eSIM for your Japan trip.

I've used this service for Internet in Japan 3x in multiple cities. It's convenient to pick up at the airport. The prices are reasonable, especially for a group. It's simple, and it works well. I very rarely had any dead zones, and those were just temporary in basements of large buildings. I'll use it again next trip!

I use the MIFI device and it works great. I have never lost a connection and the speed is very good. I generally get about 5 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download. This will depend on your location. I am in a rural area. The battery will last about 6 hours. The price is also very reasonable, especially if you rent for longer times.

I used the JW e-SIM on a recent trip which included six days hiking part of the Nakasendo Trail in rural Honshu. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of coverage, which was consistently 4-5G. There was only one time when I lost coverage, but it was only for maybe 30minutes!
Definitely recommend!

Connections was good
Battery was okay

I’ve been using your Wi-Fi routers since 2018, and they’ve been the best and most convenient I’ve ever had. The hardware is small and lightweight, yet the signal is consistently fast and reliable. Will continue to use your services every time I go back to Japan. Thank you.
