The Pocket Wi-Fi was delivered to the hotel as per request and received it during the check-in - everything worked perfectly!

Used it for a 2-month stay without any problem.

Definitely a great company to do business with. Pick up at Narita was smooth and easy. Drop off at Haneda was easy peasy.

Internet connection was good to go even though I was in the country side. I didn’t experience any issues at all. I will definitely use this company again when I go back to Japan!

I could not fault the coverage we received from Japan Wireless. The eSIM was easy to install on our iPhone and we had coverage throughout our time in Japan.

The Pocket WiFi did the task required, (kept us in contact) at a reasonable price. Not many locations without coverage.The only negative was the charging cable had a worn connector. Luckily I had a spare cable of my own.

I am not worried about getting lost in Tokyo and its outskirt for as long as I have it with me fully charged. Its powerbank is also small and light to bring in the bag. Pick up and drop off means are also very easy. Thank you Japan Wireless!
