Easy to use, no hassle upon return.

Fast wifi, easy to pick up and return, good coverage

Process, of picking up the pocket wifi and return is streamlined and went off without any hassle. Speed could have been better, as I didn't get better than about 10 mbps, though for me it was adequate.Connectivity was excellent.

Worked perfect, I visited Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto and never lost signal

Easy to use, fast for 3 people, convenient to pickup and drop off.

This was a seamless process that made our stay in Japan wonderful. The cost was reasonable and the service was outstanding. We were able to navigate our way through Tokyo and Kyoto without a problem. I highly recommend this service for reliable internet access

All good as usual, no issues.

We have used Japan Wireless several times, and have always been satisfied with the speed and reliability of the wifi service and the ease of pick up and return.
