Ready to use at our hotel as soon as we arrived.
Very easy to use and reliable WiFi.
Needs recharging regularly.

Easy pick up of the device, it worked everywhere we went and easy instructions to send it back. All went ok.

Fantastic wifi service

Worked so well for me on a trip to Tokyo, turned on instantly when I landed and had good internet the whole time! Really happy with this service.

The data sim worked fine, setup was easy and the speed was fine, had signal everywhere.

I am very satisfied with the product I’ve purchased, but mostly with the customer service. They answered to all my questions in a matter pf minutes

Thank you! The devices worked great

Worked very well and data was never throttled!

It was my second time using Japan Wireless and it works perfectly.
Always connected, super simple set up. 10/10

Easy pick-up and drop-off, affordable, and excellent coverage throughout Japan.
