Excellent service and good price

Very good, reliable, extremely good service, will definitely use it in the future

Japan Wireless made it super easy to maintain an internet connection throughout our two-week trip to Japan. Pick up and drop off were seamless, and the price was very reasonable. It cost much less than what we would have paid to set up international phone service with our home carrier. I would highly recommend this service.

This was an excellent option for my family of 4, each with multiple devices. The system worked near perfectly in both Tokyo and Kyoto. The only thing minor issue was the batteries only last about 12 hours and the extra battery pack didn't want to work for us. Luckily, I had my own charging pack along.

Excellent service. Fast and perfect assistance.

The device worked perfectly well during my 12-day trip. My only issue was that pick-up could only be either at the airport or at the hotel. As I was going to stay at a friend's house, it would have been more convenient to be sent there. I would use Japan Wireless again the next time I go to Japan.

Used a mobile hotspot while visiting Japan.
Worked great. Very easy to use. Very easy to pick up and return.
Great value for the price.
Would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

2nd time to purchase and experience was very good!

great connection - could have been better if you could track usage but still excellent value for money

Excellent service! Thank you so much!
