From delivery to return Japan wireless was flawless. Much better than an eSIM!

We have used Japan Wireless numerous times when visiting Japan and they have always provided excellent service. We have not encountered any problems

Worked perfect in the 12 different cities we were, battery lasts! Easy to get it and drop off

Being a nervous Willie, I booked the mobile internet device to back up my Japanese e -sim. The service was great with unit delivered to hotel as promised and easy to return at airport.

Great service and reliable device

It’s small, battery good for 10 hours, reasonable price plus I can use my regular iPhone locked.

This was beyond perfect for our group trip. Everyone could access, it was cheaper to split than an eSIM, and you pickup/return at the airport. Do yourself a favor and book it.

So convenient, so easy, strong signal everywhere i go.. even in b3 subway.
