Wifi connection is steady and reliable. Customer service is excellent and it is very easy to set up an account.

Connection was solid for the whole time and even while traveling in Shinkansen.

Pick up was quick and smooth at Narita airport. It functioned continuously, from more remote areas of Okinawa to the center of Tokyo. Speed was good, and since I used it a lot - the powerbank that came along with it was a must!

It worked perfectly. The battery needs to be charged every day, though. And you have to carry it throughout the city. But we were very satisfied.

Seamless end to end experience that is priced reasonably. The device and its connection was reliable thru out my 8 days trip and I will definitely sign up for this service again on my next trip to Japan

It’s all good ; the only problem is always where to pick up the device ; it would be great if you could add to your email an exact map where to find the right booth ! Sometimes it’s really difficult to find it But that seems a problem of all suppliers; you need to help to identify cristal clear where to go , and not just 2nd level
