Very convenient pick up and drop off, worked really well.

This was our second time renting a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless, and once again, we had a great experience. The pickup and return process was simple and convenient, and the device was easy to use from the moment we arrived.

During this trip, we stayed almost exclusively in Tokyo, and the connection was consistently strong and reliable with little to no downtime. Whether we were navigating the city, searching for restaurants, checking train schedules, or staying connected with family, the WiFi performed exactly as expected.

Worked great and no problem with set up

We used Japan wireless for a group of 6 and it was perfect! We had connectivity about 99.9% of the time, no issues at all our entire trip and the battery was surprisingly long! It easily lasted 8-9 hrs before having to charge
