Easy to use and reliable

I think Japan Wireless provided me and my family with one of the most affordable hotspot devices we've ever used, especially in Japan. It was very reliable as we traveled through Sapporo and Tokyo. It's also truly unlimited as we used over 30 GB during the 2 weeks we were traveling. The battery life could use some improvement, but the provided power bank is very helpful.

My pocket wifi stopped working, they resolved it quickly and issued another one. Great customer service.

Battery life - Did not require the included battery nor charger, though it came with it

Easy to order, pickup and drop off at Narita. Always had internet for google maps and translate…would rent again with Japan Wireless

It was really nice using the device. Had good network coverage almost all the places I visited. Only feedback is if you can improve the power back up device .It was draining fast

everything was clear, it is too easy to get and use i would use it every time i have the change to travel again to japan
