Have used them many times. Always very good equipment and service and easy!

We had a wonderful experience with hiring a portable wifi from this company. Picked it up at the airport and dropped off seamlessly in envelope provided to postbox located at the airport.
The wifi never faltered and we had as much data as we needed. Will hire again.

Quick and prompt delivery, very concise and easy to understand instructions. WiFi works very well and fast. Had no issues and wil order every time I go to Japan.

Very easy to get and drop off.
Reasonable rates

Very convenient and easy to use

This was my second time using Japan Wireless eSIM and was very satisfied with their service as I was with the first time. When I revisit Japan again I will be using their services again. The scanning of the QR code really makes things very easy and ready to use.

Everytime when I go to visit Japan, I rent pocket wifi from Japan wireless. I have fast wifi connection everywhere. Iam a happy traveler.
