Instructions were easy to follow for setup. Service was seamless and very reliable.

I travelled all around Japan and this worked perfectly everywhere. This is the second time I’ve used this. Will use it again next time I’m in Japan

Easy and convenient to use.

Great experience and easy to set up and return.

We had a problem and the help yo solve

very good, does what it says

After searched online I decided to rent at JW and I'm very happy. I used it for 42 days, listening music, social networking, GPS and sometimes a movie and it was perfect. It didn't function just once, in a very far island, I wrote to customer's service and they answered really soon, reseted the device and no problem anymore.

Very fast internet and no drop-outs. The company was very responsive.

Great service and product. Will definitely use again.
