Molto consigliato. Ottimo servizio di ritiro e consegna. Utilizzo molto semplice. Mai avuto problemi di ricezione e funzionamento. Personalmente non ho mai avuto bisogno di utilizzare la batteria di riserva ma il mio utilizzo è stato basic (in vacanza non per lavoro intensivo)

Fast connection and easy to setup

The sim worked great and gave me no trouble during the trip and instillation was easy even without internet

Everything was perfect.
Easy to pickup and send back.
Just need to switch the pocket wifi on, any trouble during our stay.
Very good service.

I have used Japan wireless’s pocket WiFi multiple times in the last few years. I never have any problems and it’s a life saver for peace of mind while travelling in Japan. I recommend this to anyone who is thinking of getting a pocket WiFi. Convenient and easy to use.

Did exactly what it says on the tin. Easy to collect, set up and return.

This product perfectly suited my needs whilst travelling around Japan for three weeks in May 2025. I never had a problem connecting to what I needed to use and download. I would highly recommend this product to future travellers.

Reliable, friendly staff, easy
