this is the 3rd time I used and it work perfect

I've used this service several times over the past couple of years.

The signal is always strong and you can get it anywhere in Tokyo including the underground.

You may need to reset the router now and again but otherwise it works excellently.

The router has a tendency to heat up throughout the day so be mindful if you are planning to put it in your pocket.

You are also provided with a spare battery pack which has come in helpful several times.

Great service, great price.

I didn’t experience any problems. The phone signal strength was quite good and it was very useful throughout the holiday.

Excellent system and perfect aid

Easy delivery upon arrival, reliable and efficient

exceptional for all areas of Japan. I didn't encounter any dead spots. I would highly recommend this device for anyone outside of Japan to rent.

Great product and easy to use. Always access to wifi and long lasting battery.
Easy pick up and return

Delivered to our hotel on arrival super easy, worked seamlessly everywhere no issues at all , easy to post back at narita airport

Very reliable speeds and connection!

As always, great service. Had slight connection issues while in Ryogoku watching sumo tournament.
