It’s the second time in two years when we ordered, from USA, this pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. It worked perfectly everywhere we traveled: Tokyo, Kyoto, Nikko, Kamakura, Mount Fuji, Mount Takao, Yokohama, etc.

Super easy to pick up, super clear instructions, super reliability on the streets, in the metro, and anywhere. Great battery life. Will definitely use this service when I travel in Japan again.

Super easy to retrieve from the airport and super easy to return back through the mail at the airport as well! The Wi-Fi worked great throughout our 10 day trip. We would definitely use again for our next trip to Japan.
