I would recommend Japan wireless modem to everyone. They delivered mine to my hotel and the drop off is sooo easy. I also had no issues with set up or connection but the battery could use some work. I would fully charge both the batteries and the modem then keep them connected the whole time which makes it last a lot longer than plugging it in when the modem battery get low.

Ayuda mucho para usar internet en Japon y ademas tienen a oarte un traductor, con internet ybgoogle mpas es facil manejarse en Japon

I have used Japan Wireless every time I have visited Japan, and am always happy with their service. My device is always waiting for me at my hotel, and works perfectly wherever I go. I had a small problem on my recent trip and the company sorted it out immediately, even though it was a public holiday.

Very very good. Will use your service again soon.
