My order was waiting for me at my hotel when I checked in. No issues setting up and using wifi our entire trip. Everything was included and return was so simple. Just packed everything in the self-addressed envelope and dropped it in the return box at the airport of departure. Super easy and way cheaper than subscribing to foreign charges on your cellular plan.

I was in Japan for 14 days vacation, I been using the wireless for every where I go, it’s very convenient and the signal was great, I will use it again when I visit Japan

It worked good for us

Service was great…easy to connect. Would have given 5 stars but the life of the power pack was easily weakened and couldn’t hold a charge regardless of the power pack was fully charged . All in all great service and very convenient. Price wise was worth while.
