Fair price, great coverga, reliable device and excellent customer service. Recommended!

Never had any problem with Japan wireless. Had good connection through out Japan. Well worth the money.

Super easy to order, install and use. Have used Japan Wireless twice now and would highly recommend.

Everything worked great. The pickup and return were really easy and smooth. The internet connection was really good; we haven’t had any problems with it. However, you need to understand that internet speed in Japan is not great overall, so be prepared. But we definitely will use this service again, thank you!

The whole process was easy to follow: from pickup, usage, and drop-off. Very satisfied

Very easy to set up and carry around. Had wireless most places. Easy to post back when finished using.

Perfect and easy.
Great quality

Everything went smoothely and the Wi-Fi worked great.

Great experience. It’s a must have when you travel to Japan.
