Coverage is almost everywhere. Very fast speeds. Will use again when we go back to Japan.

Quick delivery to my hotel, easy connecting, worked even in remote countryside 1.5 hours from Tokyo. Easy return at post box.

Your service was SO CONVENIENT to both pick up and return your devices at Kansai Airport! Thank you so much!

This is the second time I was using the Japan Wireless services and I cannot recommend them enough. I placed an order in the UK and collected a device (wifi) at Haneda. I received everything I needed, as soon as I arrived, with simple and clear instructions as to how to use the device and how to return it. In between I received polite customer service emails with the reminder and further instructions prior to arrival. The wifi itself worked perfectly and the battery lasted the entire day so I only charged it overnight (although I was provided with a spare portable power charge as well). Upon return I received a confirmation of a return (I posted it back at the airport on my way to check-in), and a thank-you. Finally, as a customer I also received some very good discounts on offers and sights / cafés - I only wish now I had taken them. Thank you Wireless Japan, I am looking forward to using your service again in the future :)

Reserved ahead of my trip, pick up was quick, instructions were clear, return materials provided. No hassles and reception was decent even in rural areas.

Perfect device, everything worked as promised. Super easy-to-use and return, would service use again
