Très bon service pratique, le chargeur de batterie externe est un vrai plus!

Must have when visiting Japan. Always had signal where ever we were.

It worked all as defined: delivered at the hotel, operated in a second, connected all the time for 3 devices, and dropped at the airport when leaving. Just perfect.

The package was left as advised, so easy to install to my iPhone , service everywhere I hiked and I posted it in a mailbox at the airport before flying out of Japan. Perfect and so easy-thank you.

Clear instruction for the setup provider with the pocket Wi-Fi, easy collection at the airport and very good functioning during all the trip.

Everything went well. Package was placed in our hotel room by the hotel staff.
The portable wifi was easy to use and never had to use the portable battery. Airport post box was easy to find at Narita airport at terminal 2.

Convenient pickup and drop off, worked great all over the country. Battery lasted all day.

Great service , flight was cancelled and we flew into a different airport . Japan wireless delivered to our hotel and it was there before we arrived. We used it for our 12 day cruise and reception while sailing close within Japanese waters was good.

Easy pick up and drop off. The pocket WiFi worked greatt.

I loved getting the WiFi from Japan wireless. It was so easy to get and convenient. I love the fact that I was able to send the pocket WiFi to my hotel when I could not pick it up at the airport. High recommend if you are planning to use pocket WiFi. The WiFi is very fast. Sometimes faster than hotel WiFi.
