Very easy pick up and drop off - directions were straightforward. I will definitely use Japan Wireless when I come back to Japan later this year!

Great service: easy, fast and reliable. Love the fact that the pocket wifi came with a charger and pocket battery pack as well and the battery pretty much lasted the entire day.

Trustworthy, fast, professional, great service and flawless WiFi during our 2 weeks stay in Japan. The battery of the router could’ve been better. The helpdesk however, gave us clear instructions how to deal with potential problems and offered to replace the battery if needed. Problems were solved by the tip from the service team.

I used this pocket wifi to travel in Osaka and Kyoto. I feel this pocket wifi is must-have item because Know the area in Japan and I can't speak Japanese. This one is very useful to use Google map to find the area want to go. Thanks Japan Wireless.
