It made our Japan trip stress free. It was a breeze from the time we rented it thru online, picked up and return the unit at the airport. Easy to use. Connection was good. We were able to use it in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Nara.

Excellent service, 2nd time I have used this company , package at vacation residence when I arrive, easy to set up and the lightweight , also the little power bank charger is brilliant. Fantastic to have WiFi where ever you are in Japan. Definitely use next time too.

The Japan Wireless wifi pocket worked well and is very practical.

We had internet all the time, only one-two times the connection was lost, but after a couple of resets and patience it worked again.

Japan wireless provided flawless access to the internet during our 3 week stay in Japan. Our devices: 2 iphones and 2 ipads. And prolongation for one week due to illness was arranged in seconds. In short: we recommend wireless Japan without hesitation.
