So convenient and easy to order, use and return!

The process for picking up and dropping off the pocket WiFi was really easy. We had good WiFi service our whole time traveling throughout Japan! Highly recommend!

The first device didn't work, but as I read online to try right at the counter, I could get a new one, which worked without problems. The battery went done to 30-40% within 4-5 hours, I used it for maps most of the time. I'll use pocket wifi again, it's very convenient.

The pocket WiFi was the best investment during my 2 week stay in Japan. Rarely did I have any connection issues where ever I was and the pocket WiFi maintained always 4-5 bars on my IPhone. Plus, I had 3 other people connected at all times without anny issue. A full charge on your Pocket WiFi lasted about 8 hours and the battery pack included would give you another quick charge so you can keep connected. When I plan to return to Japan this pocket WiFi will be my go to for continuous internet WiFi connectivity.
