Reliable and easy to use

Our pocket wifi was our best travel companion during our trip. Simply worked everywhere and we're direct online after picking it up at the airport.

The service is easy enough, finding the location of the kiosks is a lil confusing

Due to the very clear instructions, it was really easy to pick-up our Japan Wireless package at Narita Airport. Throughout our journey in Japan, we had perfect network coverage from Tokyo to Okinawa. The Wireless device's battery - if heavily used - lasts a little less than a full day, but you are provided with a powerbank as a back-up battery charge. A drop-off express envelope is provided with clear instructions for an easy drop-off at any airport postbox before your departure from Japan.
