This product came as advertised. We had fast internet in all our outings which was a life saver since we relied heavily on GPS. I highly recommend.

The device was super reliable and was able to handle my family's devices all at once. We never experienced dead spots and the battery lasted all day.

I’ve rented a portable wifi from Japan wireless the last 4 times I went to Japan..and every time it’s always hassle free, quick and easy.. I preorder before my trip and I always pick it up when I land at either haneda or Kansai and it takes a total of 5 min.. the connection is fast and very reliable.. no matter where I am in Japan… Whether it’s walking the streets or taking the train, I’m always connected to the internet thanks to Japan wireless..it’s cheap and it comes with a portable battery pack..
I look forward to my next visit and rental from Japan wireless..
