This is actually the 3rd time I've rented out one of these pocket wifi devices but first time reviewing.

I'm leaving a review because they honestly deserve a 5 star rating. It's an incredible piece of tecnology to have around anywhere in Japan. I spent 3 weeks this summer and went to Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo and Sapporo and never had connectivity issues. Always full bars and never feels bogged down like basic 4G/5G devices in the states.

Not only is the service great, the extras are awesome too! You get a power bank along with the proper charging cables, assuring your Wifi Box is always on! Battery life on these bad boys is insane too! I normally leave my hotel at 9 or 10am and come back at 9:00pm or 12:00am and the box will still have power, which is wild!

5/5 will always rent one of these from these guys every time I visit Japan. :)

This was a game changer, I wish I could get this in every country we travel to. Only negative is the short battery life, but there is a spare so it was never a problem.

Excellent product and customer service

Being an android user with no option for an e-sim yet, this has been my best friend on my recent 15 day trip Sapporo - Tokyo trip.
Easy to claim, and easy to return.
The only thing it could improve on would be the battery span of the device itself - however, there is a battery pack provided in the whole kit so no worries.

I also appreciate that I am informed right away when the device was received upon return.

I have visited Japan several times and I always get this modem is really good and helpful. I recomend it!! Easy to get and easy to return in the airport.

Compact, with all day battery life and power bank. Reasonably priced and easy to return. Easy pick up and drop off. Definitely recommended.
